The main scope of Proton Medical (Cyprus) Ltd is the supply, installation, maintenance and technical support of medical equipment and ambulances and the supply of medical consumables and pharmaceutical products, consistently meeting and understanding its customers’ needs and expectations, conducting all of its business in an honest and ethical manner, protecting the environment and ensuring the health and safety of its personnel and everybody who is affected by its activities.

Proton Medical (Cyprus) Ltd aims to create confidence and trust for customers, by understanding their changing needs and efficiently implementing the processes which will meet the customer’s expectations. The first objective of Proton Medical (Cyprus) Ltd is the successful implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the management system in accordance to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 / EMAS, ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 37001:2016 as well as:

• Encouraging all employees to raise concerns (in good faith or on the basis of reasonable belief) about any issue or suspicion of malpractice and will be treated confidentially and without the fear of repercussions
• Ensuring the independence of the Compliance Function for the prevention of bribery and corruption
• Applying disciplinary action to any employee involved in bribery incident, which could result in dismissal for gross misconduct
• The continuous assessment of company’s activities and products in relation to environmental aspects and impacts in order to achieve prevention of pollution
• The continuous assessment of company’s activities and products in relation to occupational risks and hazards in order to achieve prevention of occupational accidents and diseases
• Defining and reviewing targets and programs during management meetings
• Continuous development of the company;
• Improving profitability.
